We are currently at an Impasse with the County concerning our CBA. We have reached the deadline for determining the arbitrator who will hear both side's arguments and determine the resolution to the articles that remain open. The County has not participated in this process and we have sent our top 4 picks for arbitrators that have been fair with decisions in the Union's favor in the past to PERC and hope to get our top pick. I will update you as we proceed.
